Policy Formulation

Budget Approval
It oversees the budgetary process, including approving annual budgets, allocating resources to different departments and projects, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Appointment and Promotion
The Executive Council may be responsible for appointing senior administrative officers, academic staff, and approving promotions based on recommendations from relevant committees or departments.
Strategic Planning

Conflict Resolution
The Executive Council serve as a forum for resolving conflicts or disputes within the university community, including issues related to faculty, staff, students, or academic policies.
External Relations
It represents the university in dealings with external stakeholders such as government agencies, accreditation bodies, industry partners, donors, and the local community.
